Kick-off Meeting in Estonia

MENTBEST - Tallinn

In our MENTBEST project workshop held on March 26th in Tallinn, Estonia, we focused primarily on the topics of depression and suicidal behavior, discussing ways to support individuals facing these challenges. Together with experts and participants, we explored options for improving gatekeeper networks, raising awareness of mental health issues in the broader public, strengthening the role of primary healthcare, and enhancing support for patients and their families.

Throughout the discussions, several key action points were identified, including the need for awareness-raising, increased collaboration between various stakeholders, and the creation of specific support structures. The contributions of participants were incredibly valuable, offering new perspectives and solutions that help us better understand and support people dealing with depression and suicidal behaviour. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their contributions and dedication. Your participation makes a difference!
