On 19 September, the South-East European Research Centre (SEERC), part of the University of York in Thessaloniki and the Greek team behind MENTBEST, took part once again in the civil society festival Connected We Stand.

Together with volunteers, we met with the people of Thessaloniki, played, talked, learned, and connected around something that concerns us all: mental health, wellbeing, and fighting stigma. Through interactive games, activities, and conversations, we spread kindness, explored emotions, and challenged some of the most common mental health myths.
