Tackling Mental Health Stigma Through E-Inclusion – Insights from the Mental Health Dialogues Webinar

The fifth session of the Mental Health Dialogues Series titled “Breaking Barriers: Tackling Mental Health Stigma Through E-Inclusion” brought together researchers, practitioners and policy experts from seven Horizon Europe projects to explore how digital technologies can meaningfully address mental health stigma.

Held on 7 October 2025, the webinar created a space for thoughtful discussion on the challenges and opportunities of using e-mental health tools to support vulnerable populations such as young people, migrants and older adults experiencing loneliness. Through lightning talks, panel conversations and active audience participation, the session highlighted the importance of inclusiveness, ethical digital design, co-production with end users, cultural adaptation and clear communication in developing stigma-free digital mental health support. The full report available for download below provides a comprehensive overview of the key insights and recommendations.
