Deliverable 9.1 – Project Handbook is the first deliverable for Work Package 9 – Project Management (WP9).
The purpose of the Project Handbook (the Handbook) is to provide templates and details for meetings, deliverables, reports, time-recording and other key matters that collectively enable the effective project management of MENTBEST.
The Handbook is drafted to complement the legal basis of the MENTBEST Consortium Agreement and Grant Agreement.
The Handbook was drafted by WP9, reviewed by beneficiary Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) as the lead for communications in WP8. The drafting drew on existing knowledge and experience of the Project Coordinator, European Alliance Against Depression (EAAD) and beneficiary Pintail (PT) and was refined following the Kick-Off Meeting to include key advice provided by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) Project Advisor.
