D5.2 Depression-related self-help content in English and ready for localisation

Mentbest Public Deliverable

This deliverable report outlines both the process and outcome of the development of self-help content and rules to be included in the MENTINA app (WP5, Task 5.2).

This includes psychoeducational materials, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based self-management elements as well as further self-management elements addressing distress and sub-clinical depressive symptoms and generalized anxiety. Furthermore, the design process for the rules that will control the personalized feedback is described.

The resources that were used as a basis and the adaptation process are described as well as the role of different partners/work packages and the involvement of the Co-Creators. Interdependencies within the project are highlighted, as this deliverable directly supports the continued work on the MENTINA app that will be WP5’s main output (D5.5). Finally examples of the adapted and newly developed content as well as the rules to deliver personalized feedback will be given.
