The meeting brought together partners from across the consortium to share updates on the COMBINA and MENTINA studies, reflect on ongoing implementation and evaluation activities, and discuss plans for upcoming scientific publications. Partners also explored opportunities to strengthen stakeholder engagement and maximise the impact of project activities. Two co-creators were also in attendance, highlighting the central role of co-creation in our project.

The final session of the meeting was dedicated to a sustainability and exploitation workshop, where partners explored how the achievements and lessons learned through MENTBEST can be sustained beyond the project lifetime. The workshop included presentations on different approaches to implementing and maintaining the 4-level intervention model, drawing on practical experience from previous and ongoing initiatives. These insights helped inform discussions on the long-term sustainability of MENTBEST activities and the next steps for embedding project outcomes within participating countries.
